ME & MY NEKOMATA is a comedy graphic novel created by fans of cyberpunk and Japanese folklore.
The book follows a series of short stories about Nyx, an unpredictable bounty hunter with hologram tricks, a price on her head, and a strange two-tailed yokai cat named “Steven”.
When we published the first volume in 2022, we were broke, but we finished the book before we even had a Kickstarter. Since then, Nyx and Ronin of Okane has grown into 5 volumes and 2 spin-offs. Our book has been shown at BACC, Bangkok Illustration Fair, Singapore Comic Con, Taiwan Fancy Frontiers, on the shelves at Anitime, and many more. Together with our backers, we’ve raised over $300,000 through crowdfunding.
