ABOUT THE GRAPHIC NOVEL:

RONIN OF OKANE is an R-rated graphic novel created by fans of cyberpunk and Japanese folklore.

The series follows the story of Noguchi, a broke ronin above a tattoo shop, drawn into Okane’s darkest secrets, and Nyx, an unpredictable bounty hunter with hologram tricks, a price on her head, and her weird two-tailed yokai cat, “Steven”.

When we published the first volume in 2022, we were broke, but we finished the book before we even had a Kickstarter. Since then, Ronin of Okane has grown into 5 volumes and 2 spin-offs. Our book has been shown at BACC, Bangkok Illustration Fair, Singapore Comic Con, Taiwan Fancy Frontiers, on the shelves at Anitime, and many more. Together with our backers, we’ve raised over $200,000 through crowdfunding.
